What is a Hair and Scalp Detox?

 

During this 2.5+ hour service your scalp and hair are cleansed of pollutants that are preventing your natural health, sheen and growth. Your hair is treated to repair damage, protect from further pollutants and you are provided the knowledge on how to maintain results at home.

 

The hair and scalp are first analyzed, then detangled and shampooed before the treatment is applied to the hair. The treatment is then processed with nano-steam technology for 20 minutes before the hair and scalp are exfoliated and shampooed again. Further treatment and processing time may be necessary. Once fully detoxed, the hair and scalp are treated with a cooling reparative conditioner meant to heal and protect.

Malibu C Crystal Gel XL, the detox product used, is a natural mechanical chelating treatment made of pharmaceutical grade vitamin c, clay and zinc. Using magnetism, friction and heat, the treatment draws out build up from hard water metals, minerals, salt, chlorine natural oils and styling aids.

Massage

 

I have extensive experience in facial massage to bring you 10+ minutes of facial and cranial massage using techniques that help with lymphatic and sinus drainage, facial sculpting and muscle tension relief from TMJ, teeth grinding and clenching. Book extra time if this sounds like something you need more of!

Waterfall Therapy

 

The waterfall feature is more than pretty picture! During your Head Spa service, you experience the calming and meditative effects and tranquility when the newly plumbed halo waterfall rinses out product with fresh water. You will feel stress relief as the water hits the meridian of nerves on the hairline. A soothing heated eye mask is provided for over your eyes for an enhanced sensory experience.
